The only thing in comparison to others is a separate line to hang your screens on if you are using them that I have seen on other products. However, that is minor and in no way takes away from the value of this product. Nice Gazebo, easy to set up, but care must be taken once rails connection post are connected, as you can bend the post connection.

Instructions tells what connections to make but do not tell how to do it. We assembled post to rails upside down, and when we turned it over we bent the connections, so assemble right side up. Takes a couple people to move to location.

It looks nice, I made cement pads with 1/4 bolts and overlapping washers, but would recommend 3/8 bolts. I like it for the price. It was easy to put up.

One pole was a little dinged no big deal. But this one I actually put up by myself in an hour. Loved it while it lasted.

This lasted 11 months because the poles broke at the welded area. BUT I wish it has lasted longer. The canopy is so weathered even though its in the shade. I loved this gazebo for the time I had it. It was difficult to assemble.

I needed an extra hand in order to put the roof on. Thick metal frame , light but steady enough to have resisted several heavy rains.

One star less because I have an issue with inserting one corner of the canopy onto the top frame. Other than that , quality is good. I would recommend this item.

Putting this together, according to the instructions, takes 4 people. I can see why the company recommends 4 but my wife and I built it with no problems as we knew exactly where we wanted to place it.

The hardest part was getting the top fabric piece on. You will need a step ladder for this step.

Unit held up very well in the Tropical Depression Barry as the heavy rain and wind rolled past this week. I only wish the unit was 4' taller or had the ability to extend the legs a few inches. It was fairly easy to assemble. My husband and I put it up by ourselves, even though it said 4 people. The top was hard to get over the end caps (very tight), but it looks great.

We were missing some washers, but otherwise all pieces were there. It is great on my deck, don't have to move my chairs as the sun moves when I only had an umbrella.

Only had up for 2 weeks. Package arrived a little beat up but the product was in good shape. Not that bad to assemble with 2 people seems to be solid build. I like how the top uses ball snaps to go on, this makes it easy to take off in violent weather while leaving the frame assembled.

Some reviews offer helpful tips while others simply show the incompetence of the reviewer. Here are some tips to get a solid great-looking gazebo. SCREW the legs into your deck to insure stability. The canopy does fit, but you have to SHORTEN RIBS by pushing them past the place where the locking buttons snap into the hub (as suggested by pitchfixer).

The legs are closer to 9 feet apart, but the canopy overhangs the legs to measure a true 10' x 10'. Just follow instructions and check the helpful diagrams. Looks great and value can't be beat! This arrived on, the box was a little ripped open, but everything was included as stated. I put it together and up in a few hours, taking my time.

I've had it for a couple of weeks now during heavy rain and strong winds. So far it is working out fine. Haven't set it up to know much about it, but it is what I wanted.

Very easy to assemble, the 4 corner posts are very sturdy. The only downside is the canopy is very thin and any slight abrasion will cause it to tear.

I was hoping this new one would come equipped with the redesign, but it did not. Great gazebo canopy at a great price, well built. Easy to setup even with one person, it helps to have a drill driver with right size socket, and remember the proper sequence to set up the canvas in the right order otherwise you'll find yourself taking parts apart and resembling.

Looks nice, but takes some tweeking. We bought this gazebo to provide some shade on our deck. Instructions are very simple (more detail would be nice) and installation by three people was straightforward and took about half an hour to assemble 99% BUT getting the cover to fit over the last rib took another half hour and eventually included cutting a piece of the frame.

Additional tools required included a 10mm rachet wrench (the toy wrenches included are amusing), a hacksaw and electrical tape (to cover cut edges). There are a series of grommet holes around the edges which are not mentioned in the instructions but appear to be to for additional tie downs (not provided). Once assembled it is an attractive unit. I can't believe how cheap! So the directions say 4 people but I did it myself. I just taped the poles to the side of the deck then connected them all. When putting the top together I inserted all poles and then lifted it up on the ladder. In hindsight I would have inserted the poles all the way in to make them shorter so the canopy fits. I fought the canopy forever before figuring out how to make the poles shorter!!!!

I hope I can get the cover off for winter lol The only other thing is until you have it square the pins pop out on some of the poles, annoying but they all finally stayed once in place and screwed to the deck. (long level a must to make plumb).

It was easy to put together and took us less than a hour. My husband nailed it to our deck and it doesn't budge. Mainstays Savvi Gazebo 10'x10. One thing I would add is to make a plug to fill the grommet holes that are for something (unknown).

Oh and to give better instructions on putting the canopy on the frame so you don't end up unable to get a couple corners in place in the end and have to undo some connections in the top frame pieces in order to get the corners in place. Thanks alot works just fine for me. The Gazebo was reasonably priced and the installation was easy. It fit perfectly over my spa and gave the area in the backyard a great look.

I take the tarp off during the winter and hammer the stacks in between the patio bricks. Stayed up all winter through the storms this way. Tarp is easy to put back up.

Solid , sturdy, attractive and inexpensive. This is a fine quality item. We have ours covering our back porch conversation area. I did read on the other reviews that we were not the only ones that this happened to.

Other than that, the canopy is really nice. Sturdy and looks nice too.

Excellent value, we looked at others but for the price you cant beat it! There is a little trick..

To get the canopy on, which the instructions don't mention. That trick is to insert the outer roof structure ribs and push them beyond the place at which a locking button snaps into place. Doing that will make the ribs shorter and make it easier to push the canopy onto the ribs. Once they're there, one can pull the outer ribs out until they snap into place. The canopy is attractive and sturdy. It isn't the most sturdy gazebo but it fits the space we bought it for and is easy to move. Box it came in was smashed and one screw was missing but everything about Gazebo is nice. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of this inexpensive gazebo. Time will tell if it holds up for an entire season or longer. We did not have the ability to stake the legs but easily seated them in sand filled pots and then planted flowers for decoration.

We have observed it to be very stable and secure. It was difficult to assemble but the end results where fantastic. The post where large and sturdy was impressed, hope this one last. I would recommend this product to a friend. This Mainstays Gazebo fits my needs exactly.

While listed as 10' x 10' it is closer to 9' x 9' which is what I was looking for. The price and quality are very good.

With a little pre-planning I was able to assemble the Gazebo by myself. Great looking gazebo, great price too! I really have no complaints. The only drawback might be that it would probably have to be staked down... But I did not have to.

I cut off the feet with a saw zaw and filled each pole with cement. Strong winds do nothing to this tent and no stakes were needed!!! Looks great and a great price too!

First, thank y'all for posting about the trick to get the canopy on! After about an hour i figured i'd check if anyone else had the same issue and found everyone's "trick"- Thank you!

Upon opening i noticed a few poles were dented but i still went ahead with building it. The tarp (canopy) seems durable but not sure about the seems. It was very wobbly while i was putting it together and figured it would get sturdier once i placed the canopy on top and although its a bit better i still think it could be a lot more sturdy. I will be putting it in some cement and hoping it doesn't come down with the first gust of wind.

Splurge on something more sturdy and long lasting. This reminds me of a pop-up canopy at the park type of flimsy. Had a few heavy rains and so far so good! Only been a few weeks since I put it up! Should last since I put it in flower pots with cement for more support.

My 19 year old grandson put it up in less than an hour. The size is smaller than 10 x 10 but it works for me. In order to secure the gazebo I bought 4 small trash cans from the dollar store to put each post in and filled them with lava rocks. Not bad, but I will spray paint them brown to match the posts.

My mom liked it so much we got her one. The price is beyond reasonable and quality better then we imagined. Love it but a little upset.

It did not set have screws and one the the polls were damaged and its not let me finish it because the poll was damaged were the screws go. The only thing that saved me is that this was the second canopy I was replacing my old one and used the screws from that and the poll that was damaged also. This canopy last 6 years outside. I alway got complements on it. Very nice economical shade gazebo.

Will required 2-3 people to hold pieces in place while assembling. Also need a small step ladder when working on roof top section.
